Returns Policy

If you are not 100% happy with your purchase, we are happy to offer a refund or credit note on unused items returned within 28 days.

Proof of purchase clearly stating purchase date and price is required.

All returned items must be unused, in original packaging and have labels in-tact. Due to hygiene reasons, we can not offer refunds or exchanges on any swimwear or underwear.  

Faulty or incorrectly dispatched goods can be returned for a full replacement or refund.

It is up to the customer to cover the cost of postage if returning goods back to the store.

Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used to purchase the goods. We aim to complete all refunds within 5 days of receipt. Please note that credit and debit card refunds can take some time to appear in your account – this depends on your banks policy and is beyond our control.

Proof of postage should be retained as we reserve the right to refuse a refund on items being returned that are lost in transit.

We reserve the right to reject the return of goods which are not returned in accordance with the guidance above.
